Which would you say was harder to learn. Corks or btwists? To me, corkscrews feel more natural for some reason. I guess I'll see next time I go to the gym.

corks were a lot harder for me to learn, but i also went for butterfly twists long before i considered trying corks.

Corks are inherently harder, not to mention harder to do well.

well when iw as a noob btwists were easier and corks were at of the question now i can cork all day so idk maybe when your wanna learn one btwist but after you solidify both...corks

I've been flirting with a cork for a bit, but when i first started b-twists, they were so easy to land in my oppinion.

my first cork was way better than my first btwist, height wise, and just as a whole, so cork was easiest for me definately!
i find cork easier to do well...but btwist is easier to learn...supposedly...
..not how i did it anyways

rule of thumb's say that b-twist are easier than corck, both to learn and to do.
but since tricking is so incoherent with common sense, i dint find it hard to belive that alot of people find corks just as easy, or easier
it seems like every skinny kid has it built into their genetics to be be able to cork easily

I believe the momentum is far easier to get to do corks (upwards kick) rather than with the Btwist (sideways travel).
I still can't cork

btwists are much easier for me. they just feel natural for some reason.
i have done double cork maybe a few hundred times and double btwist i have done twice.

I think the cork is easer to do once you have it. From experience, I know I'll s-gainer or moon kick before doing a b-twist. I know I can't get a cork consistently but, I know that the cork seems more flowable.

I can't find a way to push my momentum out to perform something that of a b-twist. It's just impossible. On the other hand, the cork is just there, and i could throw a twist easily, when in a b-twist i just can't haha.

when you want to jump high from a run most people will swing one leg up and jump off the other, no one does a bkick to jump high, after you learn to cork its a much more natural motion

i find butter fly twist easer than corks because i cant even land a cork yet and i can land a btwist

Cork is more natural to me. But, once we go into doubles btwist is my thing.
Even farther into this when I try triple attempts im closer on the cork.

its much harder to get the momentum right though with corks, therein lays the biggest hurdle in learning them.
There are far more variables that you have to get right to land a cork as opposed to a btwist, plus theres nowhere near as much 'fear' or anything involved in a btwist, i mean as far as first times go, which would you prefer: swinging your leg up so you can jump or twist or do a bkick looking at the ground then just twisting once you leave the ground.
I find corks and btwists about the same in terms of difficulty. I just want to get them to the same standards with hypers, my hypertwist is better than my hypercork (after my first 3 attempts, lol.)
Btwist I landed 2nd attempt and was my first trick on grass. I've never actually even attempted a cork.
However corks are rotating on 3 planes rather than 2 [to my knowledge, could be wrong] and I think that has to give it a higher difficulty.
Though essentially it is crazy how similar these moves are! If you were shown these moves without the set-ups I think it'd be impossible to tell if it was a btwist or cork [depending on the samples/methods of them though, obviously].

honestly... i have well formed and solid b-kicks and m-kicks , but for some reason i find corks much much easier

how many people tuck during corks to make it over, and how many people tuck in btwists to make it over, exactly.

Haven't tried the cork yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll find it harder than the b-twist (which I finally got somewhat!!!)
