I should do that in my nan chuan form but with dragon claws instead of closed fists. Only problem is that I can't cork yet :sad:

It's mostly for fun haha. It does add momentum, but running setups are better. It's still cool tho.

i do them when i warm up, loosens up my shoulders and upper back. but ive never done them as a set up for a trick
