What do you all do to get more height on kicking and spinning tricks?

Squats, and jumping, the more you jump, the higher you'll be able to jump, makes sence no?

actually a neat trick i've heard about but havn't tried yet, take a box or something that you're comfy with the stability, and just jump up and down, and as you get used to the height, make it higher, and so on, and so on, i'm waiting till spring, but i'm gonna give that a shot just for the hell of it.

Seems like a type of plyometrics if you ask me, but i havn't tried them yet, i'm also going to experiment with that when i have the time

It is plyometrics.
A routine of squats and plyometrics would be effective at increasing your jumping power. Just don't jump into it (lol) too quickly, start off easy so that you don't die.

Chicanerous made an excellent guide for this kind of thing. It's in the training section somewhere...
