I think he means out of the scoot, which is a (poorly executed) corkscrew. It's missing the Horizontal part, although there is such a thing where you purposely stay vertical, execute 1 spin & then throw an inside kick. That is called a {swing540round} in TKT or a "swingthru900" to the tricking community. Here's both, the link is:
