Open gyms???

Ok, so I'm planning to finally get around to going to an open gym session this weekend in the only gymnastics center withing 30 miles. Now, I have never been there before, and was wondering what open gyms tend to be like. From the website page and the only information I've got on open gym so far, it seems to have a very small age requirement. Here is the link for the website on open gym info, it is near the bottom.
