I've seen this "oxygen-enhanced" water in the store with extra dissolved oxygen or something; the label claims "enhanced sports performance", "extra energy and vitality" etc... this is actually the brand's website:

I'm wondering if anyone uses this (or something similar) and what people's thoughts are as far as whether it's beneficial for someone doing lots of physical activity or has any benefits at all

i saw a show on tv before. and they pretty much concluded it was all BS.
but then again...it was a tv show

I have something "methane-enhanced" to give to this thread.
Good ol' tap water is greater then any sports drink or bullshit like that.
I'm not even going to bother reading up on it this time.
No, give it a miss. Regular water is perfectly fine.

was there actually anything in tht picture of the bottle? looks like they drained some beer bottles stuck a different label on it and basically sell air.
