Headaches and causes

Basicly, everytime I go on the computer for more than 30 minutes, I get a stupid headache. This is very annoying since I have alot of homework that has to be done on the computer. What helps get rid of the homework besides kidney raping pain killers?

I have the same problem if I'm at the computer for extended periods, especially if I'm listening to music. Check the lighting in the room you're in and make sure that it's quite bright. Could be the same reason for headaches from watching a TV in the dark. I usually just take some ibuprofen or try to sleep a bit. I guess the only suggestion I can give is to try making your room brighter.

what type of monitor? maybe too low a refresh rate.
