Alright so I juststarted tricking - since I have MA background my kicks are all pretty good and same with my flexiblity and strength.
However I'm like gymanstically and it took me like two weeks of practice 10 minutes a day just to get a handstand...AGAINST A WALL. So I was thinking I could go to a gymnasium and hire a 1on1 trainer, do most gyms let you do that? And is it a good idea to try and get your back tuck before any other of the Class A tricks?

back tuck is probably not the best trick to get first man, just get it wen u feel ur ready, one way to go about it is to progress from a backhandspring but watever. hiring a one on one trainer probably isnt necessary. most gyms will have a coach who will be able to help u learn the stuff u want. but if ur not great on teh gymnastics side ye goin to a gym to get some help would be a good idea if its possible.

There are so many "gymnast" type moves you can do before backflipping that it's not even funny.
You can cartwheel, front handspring, front tuck, back handspring, aerial or even just do random round-offs.
What about doing a kip-up? Most people on TT think Kip-ups are stupid, but they're still a cool move to know if you're a martial artist.
Besides all that, you don't need to handstand to backflip. Handstands and backflips really, in terms of execution, have no relationship.

Fear is a huge issue in the beginning of the Flips category.
If your in relative good shape, a backflip shouldn't be much of a problem for you.
If not, then work the lesser moves until your ready
