windows comes standard with windows movie maker.
u can use that. there's a screen shot button.

also if u have VLC, that can do it too

ya video editing program. Stop on the picture you want to shoot and look for the screenshoot button and save it.

windows movie maker, just put in the vid and play frame by frame until u get to the shot u want then clik on the lil camera button
