I've seen this interview. It's horrible. I stopped because it was painful to read. I'm not sure about its content.

The thread title is too generalized, but has the right sentiment regarding what types of foods you should eat.

well obviously i dont think theres a single person in this forum who doesnt know the absolute basics of eating healthy, that's not a problem

most of the people here argue nuance, not diet as a whole
