pull your body up man, and then you'll have that little bit extra height which will hopefully stop teh reflex to put your hands down, just keep your body up.
EDIT: obviously pull your legs up to or it wont be horizontal, you dont want a suck ass diagonal btwist :tongue:

which means i need to condition my legs more for more vertical height.

no its horizontal enuf, i jsut meant if u push your body up dont forget to pull ur leg up too :P and you dont need to condition your legs, you can land that.
just keep trying. your pretty close.

Think of it this way. You are going to rotate where your chest is. And once you start spinning, you will stop going up.

Therefore, get your CHES AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE before you start to spin. You just need to come back UP out of your dip. and to get horizontal from there, rip that back leg up to where your chest is.

Still pretty good. I crashed btwist a long fucking time before I came close to it. loll :good:

PoP out of your dip, Dont just relax into the move pop after your dip.
Throw your arms in the direction your gonna twist and then wrap like a MOFO.
Yours hand shouldn't touch the floor if u take the advice above and wrap since they'll be to ur chest.
Oh and i reallllly recommend gettin a really nice b-kick so many people think there b-kick is great and move on to fast, work the basics baby!!!
