This review is a good compilation on the basics on general supplementation and nutritional needs with different guidelines. I have not viewed the entire document but have had it recommended by others and it strives to keep an objective view. There may be subjective errors and such but it is still a very good compilation for answering general questions and ponderings in the field.

I don't have time to look at it right now, but will read through it later.

Thanks, Rahf.

If you do not know much about nutrition but are interested, I would recommend reading this very, very closely. An awesome introduction to the bare basics - while I obviously disagree with points throughout it is a good, scientifically sound intro.

Which points do you disagree with?

it's the same shit i always disagree with

fat recommendations

of course i'm a crazy kook that thinks that PUFA's are generally worse than SFA's and that a large portion of an athlete's diet should come from fat or that athletes should be concerning themselves with counting "grams" of shit instead of monitoring the quality of the food item itself or that for athletes to drop BF% they should take in obscenely low amounts of fat

As Kitosho says, there are points that the more seasoned members will disagree with. We all have different opinions on what works best for ourselves. BUT! This is a good introductory for new members and people interested in getting the basics down.

who cares about the nutritional part. bring on the supplements, really nice summary:
backing soda and sodium phosphate as ergogenic aids. fascinating. not really new but still very interesting.
