Jump isn't a trick. Go to the conditioning forum.
Edit: Also, even if it was a trick, this would still be the wrong forum. This one is for guides and write ups.
PS. I like your hair.
hey whats that song you used in that vid on your site?

I'll answer this question to my knowledge (which is not accurate). I jump op stairs with my both feet at the same time I started off with only able to jump 3 now I can jump 5 or 6. Calf raises and squats are also good I think. I know this is dumb but no one was answering your question so I thought Id give it a shot.

Search plyometrics and that should help.
I'd look into stalling a tad longer.

The Guides and Write-up Forum means that you have something to present to us. But since you're asking for help you should've posted this in the Conditioning Forum.
Anyways, if you want to jump higher, just go search some leg plyometrics or if you have access to a gym, look up the Weight Training Guides in the Conditioning Forum.

Oh well, here you go.

Be careful, after 1 day of this i could hardly lift my legs high enough to put my pants on and they swelled up for 2 weeks straight. But I had weak legs at the time. Just be aware of your limits and make sure your ready for it. I'm not necessarily recommending this, just providing.

hmmmm, the thing about air attack is they dont give you the proper supplementation guides with the program. a program like air attack will greatly benifit your jumping hight, but extra supplementation in the form of BCAAs is the only way of surviving without discomfort. Im gonna try the air attack 3 program asof next week and shall be keeping a detailed record of diet and supplements i use during the time. Any forms of discomfort/ingury etc i shall keep a log of. I believe with the use of GABBA and Glutimine the pain can be reduced and results would be better. As for swelling of the legs, taking a very hot to instantly cold shower after each workout should help.
Peace

after one day of air alert all i can say is...knees....stay away, its not worth it. Build a good base with squats and plyometrics to raise your jump height. Air Alert will just be taking step in the wrong direction
