I heard juji talking about ephedrine on multiple occasions, what exactly is it, whats the diff between it and ephedrine hydrochloride and what are the risk/rewards. ie:

risks: my anus will bleed
rewards: will help boost preformence in some way.

The decongestant is "pseudoephedrine hydrochloride", not "ephedrine hydrochloride".

i don't understand, sweat basically functions as a vector for heat transfer out of the body, why would heat be a problem? you could just sweat more
