Do you guys chamber the leg that throws the crescent, or just bring it over straight the whole way? Also, do you set up just like a btwist, or is there a better way of doing it?
Oh, and any additional tips would be great, but these are my main concerns.

The standard Illusion Twist [Illtwist, IT] is void of "chamber" and "setup".
Start the IT from the "squared-stance" [your hips squared to the target, and your chest and toes pointing towards it as well], and while kicking...keep your legs straight.
