So, as some already know my standing tuck sucks ballz cos i jump back since the very begining i learned it :eh: but my roundoff back is much more better. :smile: Recently i watched dogens tutorial about muscle memory and i think that jumping back in backflip is already in my muscle meomory :shocked:. i couldn't straight it out even when someone was holding my back :dead: Soooooo... i have thought that if i leave standing tuck for a while and do roundoff tuck (which i can get pretty much up) like 1500 times, maybe it would fix my standing backflip.......? what do you think?

maybe try to look at someone infront of you in your backtuck, untill you just cant:dead:
