Yes stop being a lazy asshole. Pretend to rape the move, not pet it gently.

Mostly you're just twisting really early. Wait until you're actually off the damn ground and your leg is at it's highest point before you initiate the twist.

RAPE TIME. That's the mentality you need.

That's a really cool location with some nice palm trees. Where do you live? Your wheather seems to be awesome.


On the Btwist, you look like you concentrate more on landing on your feet, than on doing the move. May try it into a sandpit or so and really go for it.

Your b-kick (I'm guessing that was a b-kick) is a slanted aerial.

B-kicks, however, are not supposed to be slanted aerials.

It don't looks like you are jumping at all. Jump and kick your leg up and you will have it soon.

but when im in the air and land i feel confused like i don't know where i am .... and also for me b-twist is a kick but i don't know how to kick in the btwist....anyone can tell me how to not feel dizzy and confused ..and how to kick in btwist ???

just practice more working the techniques: the dip, the kick, the jump, the stall, the twist, the land.

Haha, I have absolutely no idea of where I am in my b-twist ^__^. It's in my muslce memory now though, so I automatically open up for/spot the landing. I'd recommend you to get a pretty high and fast b-twist for twist rounds, when you have that you just kick out when your non kicking leg is reaching out for the landing. It came pretty naturally to me ^_^. Don't try to kick too early though, when I try that I open up too early and don't finish the spin.
Oh yes, the answer to your question is just drill haha.

Im told to have a good clean one, although i cant do my double quite yet....

So I am the most screwed up with how i explain how i do tricks. If you can excuse my messed up mind then ill tell you..... this tech hour is ending but ill get on at the next building.... If you get my mindset ill be shocked but i guess you'll have to read it in a few mins....... ill be back on sooon to explain.....

Nice regular butterlfy. If you keep the same strategy going when you add the extra twist. I think you might be afraid to crash, but cast that notion aside. Just crash ccause it will probably be too low, but pain is man's best teacher. After that first crash you'll have abig light bulb go off and you will finally know how to do it. Good luck but you won't need luck, just dont be afraid to through your bod out there and be horizontal. And then crash... get up and do it again until you get it right. And remeber don't try it, do it. try is asetup word for failure

Dip a bit lower and harder, split your legs a tiny bit further apart, dig those feet down really hard so you can push back properly off the ground.

and yeah RAEP TIME it, really power into the setup and out again.

Thanks I actually tried it yesterday I felt improvement. The problem is I was doing some free running and I fucked up my knee so I wont be able to trick for a week or so...:agony::agony::agony::agony::agony:

Okay ill explain how i think of it, i warn you its messed up!

If your strong pulling to your left side

1)feet shoulder length apart
2)both arms pulled to your right side (like a hero pose)
3)let both arms help you with your dip down
4)when you pull up your foot is in an arc from head to back to foot.
( how hard you throw your leg and you pull up will help your actual height)
5) As you get airborn make sure to pull legs together tight! and pull in arms

This is how i feel at the end.....
6)While facing upwards open up feeling like completing a back tuck and try to land on left foot (will help with a swing thru....

If this doesn't make any sense let me know cause ill try to show you better if thats bad info

i need help on my btwist also but i dont have a camera so i'll try to describe it, i get the air and i get the twist but when my leg comes down to land it comes down on an angle and i slip and bust my ass so im stuck

it kinda looks like you hate your life... try using your arms more and you don't dip at all so work on it! I think you have a proper b-kick so you really should be able to do a b-twist.
