ok..
im currently in a routine.. going through my upperbody twice a week (i cant go on the legs cous i have this stupid injury that prevents me from squats, deadlifts and basically anything except calf training) >< dunno if thats relevant but anyways, continuing
doing 2 days weight training, 1 day break, 2 days more, 2 day break and repeat..
not gonna bother writing down all sets\reps and excersises cous im to lazy..
but i more or less train till failiure everytime.

ok, thats the info, heres my question.. im at 84kg\185 lbs im 6'0 or 183cm tall.
i read that you should (when lifting) multiply the protein intake by 2 times your bodyweight. so that means i should be at about 168-170g proteins per\day correct so far?
im only at about 150-160g each day..
should i increase only if i want to build more excessivly? or regardless?
my goals isnt really to get BIG and all.. im just trying to improve my overall upperbody strength since i cant trick atm.
its kinda fucked up not being able to train my thighs and all but.. its better then nothing.. so.. what do you guys think?

The amount you eat currently is probably plenty.

No, there is no practical need to increase your protein intake, it is fine as it is.

I have reconsidered and now agree with Scott.
