It doesn't even matter, since the answer is wrong anyway. You can eat a lot of eggs for protein because the amount of fat dwarfs the protein content. That's the benefit of eating whites - usually in conjunction with some whole eggs.

But whole eggs have more benefit than just the protein content making it silly and not very cost effective to ditch any yolks.

Yea but egg whites are twice as expensive as the actual eggs (where I live). It would just be a better idea to buy whey.

Eat both. Use egg whites when you don't want the fat. Otherwise, eggs are great. I eat 9+ eggs a day.

Egg whites offer a good alternative to whey, which people can often have GI trouble with in high amounts.
