if i use the ECA stack as a tricking based performance enhancer and use more than about 75mg aspirin my ankles are more inclined to swell up. pwned. :dead: haven't used the complete ECA stack after having ankle surgery yet. i get less ankle problems however.

anybody else have this problem?

aspirin + high impact sports = death....

hmm 75mg doesn't seem that much.... ive never had that problem yet. i also use the stack. isnt aspirin supposed to relieve swelling and thin blood.

well it thins blood and increases the risk of swelling as far as i know

when i say more than 75mg i mean 150mg as i'd take 2 tabs haha. 150mg is about the right dosage for "god mode" according to my calculations.

Does the ECA stack come in a combined form or do you dose them separately? If you could skip the aspirin I reckon it would be positive since it does carry some downsides to it (stomach problems, bleeding and your swelling). From what I've read at least, the aspirin is there to prolong the effect. I reckon you're more read up on that one though, ECA stacks are sort of illegal here.

haha well ephedrine is just hard to get hold of here. as far as i know it's not illegal which is good.

and yeah the aspirin is obviously beneficial to some extent but maybe not worth the ankle pain.... i think i'll settle for a reduced dosage until i have zero ankle problems whatsoever.

Haha same here, you'd have to get a prescription to get it nowadays. No prescription means blue lights and cynical people in blue dresses with batons want a chat with you.

Wasn't the next quasi-legal thing synefrin?

i have to stack mine separately, i swear aspirin reduces swelling to. maybe im wrong but i also use it to relieve any leftover minimal muscles pain from d.o.m.s

yeah there's a few alternatives like that but meh

the eph is fairly straight forward and with little long term effects as far as i can tell (considering i'm not using it regularly)

i'm not a massive drug user tbh haha. if i was i'd end up advancing onto clenbuterol and the like, but i'll leave that to people who make full use of it and know what they're doing. i can't afford it all anyway...

I haven't even gotten to the point where I'm looking around for other stimulants besides caffeine, I just don't feel the need this early into my training "career".

Sleepy time for J now, g'night and welcome back once again.

hmm try switching from asprin. i'm not sure but it might have a similar property of motrin (ibuprofen) which has a tendency to hold water or something along those lines...in some cases (like yours) it wouldnt be very effective. if youre worried about swelling or inflammation, i would switch to alieve..500mg twice a day. if its pain youre worried about..get a prescription for toradol (:

i'll double check ont he ASA and motrin bit tho..i remember talking to a dr about it once, because they prescribed the patient something else.

*edit*..i didnt really find anything on it..since its supposed to be an anti-inflammatory..it doesnt really make sense -_- haha..

in any case..im pretty sure that sometimes it causes water retension..which is probably the "swelling" that you've noticed.
