I remembered Towels axed about front kick fulls. Here, lemme shoes you sum:

There's 2 diff techniques I tried. In the first clip I kick my inside leg (left for left twist) backwards. It's a prolly the easiest way to do it, especially since I can be lazy and let my body pike on the take off, and it makes the kick look more split than a back kick. The 2nd clip I front kicked with my outer leg, which seems like a harder way to do it. The last clip is a randy (2.5 twist) with the first technique. Experiences with this move? Comments? Applesauce?

Sounds like a paradox to me. It's like, the richest person just has the most stuff to carry down to hell. Like... whoa man.

Spin fast and hold it longer.

You also wish you had "Kiss 95.7" playing in your gym.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Awesome.

When doing kick fulls of any kind, i'm told, the motion of bringing the legs back together helps generate torque.

People should note that

i was experimenting with front axe full and front axe 1.5 the other day. They are easier than i thought. The thing that makes it so mch easier as flowers said...the snapping of the legs back together to get more spin.

Completely true.

Nice randy David. I kind of agree about not needing a good set. You do need a good heel drive though, and to keep your head up. Punching front layouts on floor can go so wrong if you look down.

I dig it. I wish I were as proficient in front twisting as I am back...

its the same thing.

front twisting = 1 half rotation away from back twisting, eg.

back double full vs randy

randy = 2.5 , double = 2 ( obviously )

do the first .5 spin, then pretend your doing a back double.

You beat me to it, I can't spin past rudy either....
