Celery is a vegetable and glucosamine is a prescription-free drug that supposedly helps with arthritis-like problems.

Just keep in mind, celery is most effective when taken as a suppository.

I found a can of glucosamine + chondrotin at work. So I started taking it.
Label says that it'll help with joint lubrication and working against stuff as arthritis.. yea, that's what it said I think. Anyway it's good for your joints if you have any problems with them.

I've been taking glucosamine and MSM for over a month now and have noticed absolutely no change in anything.
