When I take a deep breath or open my chest (like in a raiz), my chest hurts, not much, but it hurts. Its been like this for a while, so my question is; what could it be and how long will it take before its gone? I don't know how this happened,, anyone else had this problem?

'Chest' is a fairly broad term. Can you be more specific?
Where abouts does it hurt?
What sort of pain is it?
(Even if you can answer these questions, I doubt anyone here will be able to offer much help. The best advice you will receive is to go and see a trained professional.)

I had the same thing, it was like right inbetween the centre of my ribs, or felt like it was there at least, when i did dips and stuff it was annoying. No idea how i got it, or how it went, but it's gone now :p.

Thats exactly what I have. How long did it take before it disappeared?

that sounds very similar to costochondritis. its basically an inflammation of the cartilage between your ribs...naproxen (alieve) should work just fine.
either way youre only 15 so i cant imagine what else it would be unless youve had a recent trauma..and seeing that this problem is very common among people around your age, im pretty sure its costochondritis.
**edit* actually you probably dont even need medicine at all. it almost always goes away eventually. just chill..you'll be fine.

Yeah, i have no idea how i got it, perhaps something in the gym, but it went away sure enough, i don't really know how long it took to go, i kinda got used to it, and just didn't realise when it went until you mention it now :p.

I fractured sternum doing weighted dips so be careful, if you feel pain don't do it and watch your form (I'm out of training for 4 months already :(

Fractures of the sternum are rather uncommon. However, they may result from trauma, such as when a driver's chest is forced into the steering column of a car in a car accident. A fracture of the sternum is usually a comminuted fracture, meaning it is broken into pieces. The most common site of sternal fractures is at the sternal angle.

wow..that sounds like you just copied it off of google or something haha..
in any case..its more than likely not a sternal fracture since..as ashtar said..you didnt crash your car and hit a steering wheel at 45mph or some crap. and if you broke your sternum..more than likely youd have other things to worry about..like cardiac trauma? or respiratory functions at least.
trust me..its costochondritis.
