The 540 is not so bad, I'd say just wait to jump a little more. You start to extend your leg into the ground before you really takeoff. Make sure you that you extend your legs (hence, jumping) as you takeoff, not before or after. When you step in with your foot, don't straighten your leg to have your foot touch the ground, instead have your whole body move down just a bit with the step in, so your leg still has some bend that it can use to jump later.

Just make sure you jump as you're turning towards the target, and not too soon, and you should be good.

Hmmm the 360...first of all don't try to forcefully hyper it. It's one of those moves that will hyper on it's own if it's good enough. If you have to try to force it, your 360 technique might need some work. If you'd care to, I have a big fat tutorial with prettiful pictures for it written out here: http://www.justtheskills.com/index.php?act=show_guide&v_id=23

On any kind of outside crescent kicking move make sure that you chamber before you kick, it helps big time, practice regular ole outside crescents with a chamber and then in no time your narabongs and 360s will be powerful and nice looking.

You don't ATTEMPT hyper 360's, they automatically come to you as you progress. When you land your 360's comfortably on both legs, facing away from the target (well, not necessarily) when you've landed, you're ready for the hyper. Then, you just remove the non kicking leg.

haha, got to love that music ^_^
maybe i am not really much of a help in 540, but what helped me the most in mine was getting my legs up before i turn my torso and bringing my arms up helped me a lot too.

All I can say is that getting clean and controlled standing crescent kicks will help a lot. Flexibility might also help you with these, but you can probably get that just by practising.

You will gain flexibility by simply drilling the 360. That's a like.. two in one package. Amazing.
