Pain in the LCLs

Yes, regularly before I'm about to start trick I can experience a quite excruciating pain in my LCLs is this serious? It usually wears of after warming up.

I'm assuming you mean the ligaments in your knees and not your elbows. We need more information, like what actually provokes it. Even then we will just refer you to a doctor unless someone else has had a similar experience.

uh thers pretty much nothing people on a forum can do to help you with something like this. I thought i had damaged my LCL in my knee a few weeks ago but it turned out to be IT band friction sydrome. If u want it sorted go get it checked out
