yeah it looks pretty good, but try to get more power out of your setup- make your steps longer so you get more momentum. Also, try to get more of a kick with the flash- extend your leg more and really think about kicking someone in the face!

besides what d.a said, you're leaning back too much on take off o_O.


think about getting your chest up, by leaning back, it won't help, which is why your gainer im afraid to say is low.


edit: on second thought disregard the whole taking more steps, less steps you need to g-flash the better, i suggest pivot, it's a good prep for s/t-ing into gainer, etc.
