common sense mate. Just relax it, have you seen a physio about it? But seriously I think the best thing you can do is just not give into the temptation of tricking while it's injured.

Do not do any tricks whatsoever.
Make sure you are eating enough calories (healthy food, please) for your body to be able to heal.
After you have had sufficient rest, begin to conditioning exercises for your knee.
What was the initial injury anyways?

Anytime a part of you is hurting, you should lay off it until the pain subsides. Especially when the pain is increasing every time you take an action.

Pain is there to stop you doing something, so if it hurts don't do it... Thats just common sense.

Well first I was training for my black belt, that kinda thing, and i couldn't stop cuz it was important. So it just got worse and worse, but that was a while ago. Now i have like ochgoodshlaughters disease in both of my knees or whatever its called, so its not to bad but it still hurts a lot.

Dude, that will go away with age, just take it easy. My friend had it when he started tricking at 16 hes now 17 and it's gone, but i know it gave him some real problems, just take it easy and if it hurts listen to your body.

Yeah, it's going to be hard man. But constant impact from tricks and bailing onto your knees is just going to cause the build up of more scar tissue.

Everyone bails onto their knees sometimes when trying new moves, either way just the impact of landing makes it worse. You asked for advice and i am giving it to you, the best way to recover is to not trick untill it's better. All the time its hurting while you trick you are either making it stay the same or worse, it will never get better.
