Everyday when I wake up, I always get headaches. Usually before school, it's just a very small headache that goes away pretty quickly but on the weekends after I sleep in a little, I get pretty big headaches throughout the day. Anybody else get frequent morning headaches?

I get frequent headaches just generally all the time, they were worse when i was younger though, there's so many things that can cause headaches, poor nutrition, posture etc, i've been to the docs numerous times but they never found anything.

Do you bath at night?
OR Wash your hair at night?
Rumours has that weting your hair at night will cause headaches at the next morning.

I shower in the morning. I can't stand going to bed after taking a shower or bath so I never have one at night.

Is too much water enough?

breath more fresh air

Who wants to go outside when it's still -10 to -20 celcius in the spring?

Suck more penis.

Possibly.

Stop being such a wuss. Put on some proper clothing and go for a short walk. Drinking a small amount of water and eating breakfast will probably solve the problem as well.

I once read somewhere people get that from the reduced oxygen intake you have while sleeping and it's typically a result of oversleeping.

I'm not being a wuss because I go outside all the time for groceries and shit. It's just that it's no fun and I thought that he meant tricking wise.
