Yesterday all I had to eat [drink] was protein shakes and fruit shakes. I was just messing around to see how it would affect me. I meet all my nutrient needs, but
I was hungry all day. O, and it was a ton of protein shake.
Anyone else try this before?
and yes I know I'm retarded.

Calories all day 3500
PROTEIN/CARBS/FATS

288 G / 438 G / 66 G

33% / 50% / 17%

Its the way of the future didnt even had to chew.

believe me you didn't meet your nutritional needs. if your goal isn't shitty nutrition that is.

Eating without chewing does get boring pretty quickly. Maybe you did get everything in but the fact remains that you'll grow utterly bored in little time. You didn't get any solid carbs in besides fructose and hardly any fat. Your vitamin intake is probably skewed as well.

Your nutritional day did suck, plain and simple.

I'd go insane if I did that. Having a variety in your diet is the only way I can tolerate eating a lot.

Vitamins all were good
Had about 15 mg of b6
Cant find paper were b12 was written
Added 30 mg Zinc and 450 Mg to one shake [ one serving of ZMA.]

Finding were.... their were none, but I really missed solid food the whole day :ogre:

Yes, precisely, ha ha. That said, I don't think there's that much wrong with living off nothing but shakes provided you plan it a bit better.

No, they weren't. Well, I guess everyone - including me - is assuming you just drank MRP or something. If you actually blended whole foods, then I stand corrected.

Forget to metion its was real fruit, lots and lots of fruit. With some multivitamins thrown in. The whole day I felt like a Orangutan.

and basically all my carbs came from fructose.

Enjoy your constantly runny shits and intestinal polyps.

I did that once. But I planned it a bit better! Everything was liquid. It was basically whey, milk, berries, canola oil, eggs and orange juice. Tried it once, never did it again.

Getting all your carbs from fructose is a bad idea.

Yes, I might do it since I'm so utterly sick of preparing, cooking and eating food.

Yeah but I couldnt think of any other food to throw in at the time.

I would do something like: milk, non-starch vegetables, fruit, flaxseed, peanut butter, quark, cottage cheese, coconut butter, green tea, whey, oats, egg whites, whole eggs, olive oil. And possibly throw in some seafood and cooked liver.

I couldnt eat blended meat, that would be basically a meat smoothie.

Now you remind me of Meatwad from ATHF ''You know how much protein is in a weenie smoothie?''
