View Full Version : Plyometrics
I was just wondering if anyone was doing any sort of plyometrics?
Anyone know where to find the "Air Alert 3" write up?
Barely a month later.. :P http://www.austinhoops.org/files/Air_Alert_III.pdf

If you need advice on plyo without weights I can help you. I'm an ex starting varsity basketball player so I know my stuff:)

one bad thing about it is that ist not aimed specially for tricking.. gaining high is as much about correct teknique as its physical strenght, therefor if you want to practice plyometricks you should "change" the air alert program to be more similar to whatever trick you want higher. But on the other hand air alert is ok as resourse training, but dont do air alert instead of actually tricking.. and dont overtrain! thats the worst you can do!
for instance, I have improved my regular cork to be a box-cutter in 3 months thanks to only train the j-step as an plyometrical exercise (of course the teknique also improved). It helped me to gain the extra high.
