I have been doing b-twists some lately and I guess I have just been forgetting to do the wonkey-woo setup thing, and at first it made me feel cool when I realised I had standing ones. But I was wondering if standing b-twists are good training for like...something more awesome? I don't know. I just know if you have a standing back tuck really good turns your roundoff back tuck into basically a sleepwalking routine. That you can perform on crack. While having sex.
But back to B-Twists, the standing ones I do aren't as lofty, think I should just jump higher?

yes you should..and kick that leg up harder..man, if you can get your standing b-twist pretty good, then it will be better with a set up that gives you momentum..also you can try illusion kicks if your standing b-twist is pretty good:)..and then maybe hypertwists and double b-twists:P..
By the way..do you have a vid of your b-twist?

You could try to progress it to standing missleg btwist.

how would you go about that?...would it be your back leg or the front leg that you dont use?

You'd stand with your "lifting" leg already off the ground... right leg for ACW twisters.
