b-twist and getting it flat

I cant seem to get my b-twists back to flat(had them there a month ago) I really have a bad problem of kicking my first leg up, anyone have any advice on how to drill/fix this problem??? The twist is not a problem, i can do it outta all setups... thanx for the help

Few things you can do I'll list some. You don't need to do all but try them out and see if they help.

- Change your arm motion such that your right arm [if you twist to your left] swings above your head height on take off. Sort of like you are doing freestyle..
- Work on getting your back leg as high / higher than your head is on take off, or if this isn't possible for you simply keep your head down [looking at the ground] when you twist/take off. This results in less height, however it should make you completely horizontal.
- Make sure you are getting "behind yourself" in the take off. That is, you dip down and when you are coming up/before you take off you are facing as much behind you as you can, as you would in a good bkick.
- Delay your twisting, instead of twisting instantly delay a little by bringing up and spreading your shoulders, this will stop you from cutting off the motions short.
