1) Hey can someone help me in the tricking bible a "b" trick is called One-Hand Raiz
and a "c" trick called Touchdown Raiz so i youtubed it i there is no differents well i cant see it can anyone help me

2)What is a Sailor Moon

a sailor moon is a compasso set-up then jumponce your hand touches and push off.. a lot of people tornado kick out of it.. a td raiz is a raiz in which is full complete but low and before you land you plant your hand on the ground.. it works as a 1 handed BHS..

one hand raiz is the opposite of touchdown raiz. instead of planting your hand at the end of the raiz, in a one hand raiz you will put your hand down and push off it into your raiz.

salior moon is similar to the one hand raiz except that after you push off the ground you pick your body upright and do more like a tornado.
