Well i have something that bothers me in my knee, but it's very infrequent, it happens like once a month or less and lasts for about 1 day, but it inhibits my tricking to no end for that day.
Basically it's above my knee cap and it feels like if i bend it with pressure on it eg pistols or to a less extent just land and bend the knee, it feels like it's going to explode, like it needs to click but it wont it really does feel like its going to explode, it gets all crunchey aswell sometime. But it only lasts one day or less and only happens ocationally, i just don't understand what it is or what causes it. I don't feel it's needed to go to a doctor as it's not frequent.

Just wondering if anyone knows what it could be or if they have had similar problems.
I know my description is shit and probably has alot of misstakes in it.
Thanks

Alot of people get this kinda crap, as far as I've 'heard' its to do with alot of people don't have cartilidge in as much of their knee joint as others. Apparently it depends on mostly while you're younger how you sit, whether you spend more time cross legged or sitting on a chair. Apparently its also why alot of weight lifters don't squat below a certain length, but why most asiany kinda ones do.

I say apparently, because I'm going off secondry evidence and don't know for sure. I get it when I do pistons too =] I tend to just lay off squat type exercises apart from deadlifts, I don't see the point in me doing exercises I don't like or feel uncomfortable even if they get me faster gains haha, I'd rather do what I enjoy.

I can do pistols and squats ect fine with no pain, it isn't there all the time, only like on odd ocations and will last like 1 day. I mean right now i could put a 20kg backpack on and do pistols and it wouldn't hurt me atall...

I have a similar problem (I think) in my elbow joint(s). It happens whenever I do a bicep curl with a barbell. On the eccentric contraction (the downward phase if I used the wrong expression) it feels like my joint is going to 'explode' as you put it, or it feels locked. The pain goes away after it cracks once. Does that..happen to you? It..it goes away after it cracks?

Mine doesn't crack :eh:, it just remains tight and horrid. It also doesn't seem to feel any different if i bend me knee slowly with no pressure on it.
