Is it normal to get some knee(joint) pain the day after the workout? It usually go away 1-2 days after the workout so it's nothing serious, I don't think I need to go t a doctor.

My questions are:
1. Is it normal?
2. Can it be because of a bad deadlift/squat form?
3. Any tip on what supplement/food I should take?

1 - No
2 - Yes
3 - Fish oil and glucosomine (both could be useless depending on the nature of the 'injury')
4 - You do need to see a doctor (not a GP. See a physio or knee specialist)
