getting healed upppp yay!

So I just got home from my knee surgery and I am doing well. Ill add the pictures that they took of my torn meniscus later when i can move around better but the doctor noted it was one of the worst torn meniscus injuries he had seen. It was far from repairable and ending up shaving three quarters my meniscus on my right leg. He said ill be able to walk in about a week and then will need to do alot of home and some professional rehabilitation. He seemed confident that I will be back in shape to trick/martial arts well before summer. So as a result I am HELLLA PUMPED! The only down side is because they had to shave so much of my meniscus ill be screwed when I am older. Technically i guess the meniscus is the cushion between the bones or sutin.. i unno really. But yah i guess i better trick hard as hell when im healed because i need to make the most of the rest of my tricking career!

Good to hear you're on the road to recovery. I hope it all works out well for you.

Just remember to keep up the rehabilitation and give yourself the best possible chance to fully recover.
Can you let us know what your rehab involves?

well when i had to have physical therapy man I had torn my acl and meniscus in one knee. Most of the stuff they have you doin will strengthen quads, hams, and calf muscle which will in turn help strengthen the knee. Hopefully they put you in physical therapy within a couple days after surgery bc if not your knee will be hella stiff dude and it'll hurt like a bitch.
