its not very big, but it hurts as hell in my knee everythime i do it, because its some kind of a tornado from my knee.. haha to hard to explain, I will try to film it soon:tongue: and I dunno what to call it either:-p

Back in the day (and occasionally nowadays also haha) we call that weird d-leg/parafuso thingy from a j-step (as seen in mogwai 2005) simply "mogwai" lol... :tongue:
