ok so three weeks ago my knees hurted from tricking, so i decided to give it a rest from tricking...today i tricked again and after a few flips my knees started to hurt again...so ill give it a bit more rest maybe...do you think it could be something serious? i dont want to fuck up my knees
Man...That's bad a few years ago, when I was like 13, I had a lots of knee problem by running and jogging too much.
Seriously don't kidding with this go see a physio or a doctor.
PS: Don't forget to strech your legs every day, putting ice where's the pain is after training also help me a lot.
Be careful with this, I hope for you it's not serious...

thats hardly enough information..knee problems at your age...more than likely its growth spurts or osgood-schlatter disease or somethin. just rest..itll go away eventually
if it really bothers you, you can take anti-inflammatories..like ibuprofen or naproxen (motrin or alieve). since youre 16..i would only take 400mg of motrin three times a day for 10 days..OR 250mg of alieve 2 times a day for 10 days..if you even need it.
i suggest you just rest though.
and yes, you should stretch & warm up 15 minutes before and after working out or tricking.
**edit* i have 911 posts...ITS A CONSPIRACY!!!
