Ok...so I decided I'm gonna kick myself into shape... I need to lose maybe..10 lbs of fat to have a really good physique. I also need to gain some muscle in the process. I don't wanna be huge, but I feel that losing some fat and gaining a bit of muscle would help my tricking.
I've got plenty of workout partners here, and I work at a gym so thats no problem.
Seeing pitlocks weight loss thread inspired me to look into some weight loss supps.
I think Hot Rox would be pretty good for me, any of you guru's have any other recommendations that might be a little better?
Also, with my constant ankle pain, I decided I need to take some supps for joint pain etc. Would Cissus RX be a good idea? I'm not sure, as the info on it seemed a little sketchy.
Also any tricks to make sure you dont forget to take your supps every day?

One good trick is not taking supplements. That way you never forget to not take them.
You don't need weight loss supplements. Sensible dieting and exercise will do the trick just fine.

Sigged. And yes, most weight loss suppliments are a bunch of crap and really don't work like the ads say they do.

I take Hydroxycut before work sometimes because it gives me a bunch of energy.

If a supplement will make you excited about getting leaner and keep you motivated then get one. Anything will do, don't spent too much $

Actually, this is exactly why I wanted to try one out. It will just be a constant reminder of my commitment.
I try to eat healthy every day, and workout 5x a week, so anything to just motivate me to push a little bit more for a few weeks would do.
EDIT: Also, the Cissus RX is just for really bad ankle injuries I have. I'm in constant pain. I recieve acupuncture for it and the occasional physical therapy etc, but I really wanna try to fix it up and I heard Cissus RX is good stuff.
DOUBLE EDIT: I decided also every day to sub one meal with a wrap from the cafeteria here. Usually I try to find the leanest meat possible and throw in some veggies etc, but I'm also gonna be adding the sandwhich now.

If I'm right, Gravity Jay took that cissus rx and it cured his problems. Give it a go =]
Although when I had some joint problems, I took about 3000mg of glucosamine and chondroitin a day (if you get it, don't get cheap shit) and like 2000mg of fish oil a day, it worked just a treat for me.

Joint juice, I don't drink it but my friend does and it helps with his ankle a lot and he has a cleft foot so research it up a bit maybe ? http://www.jointjuice.com/about.php
