Hey guys, I'm not too fairly new to the forum. I'm more of a viewer than anything. I've read Juji's Nutrution articles, ect. I've never really posted a sampler or anything due to no funding of a camera. I can do all the basics + mostly advanced tricks. ANYWAYS, just letting you know in hopes that I do not get flamed to hell. :dead:. Well, I weigh around 145 lbs. I'm due to go to texas for a modeling agency and to be quite honest, I have no clue on how I should situate my life style of eating. I'm trying to bulk up and get a little more toned than what I am. Like I've said, I've read Juji's articles and I know when I should eat, ect. Here's my problem. I don't know how to explore new foods. My ideal of a breakfast is oatmeal with bannas with an egg. Everyday. I'm sick of eating the same thing everyday. I want something new. Lunch is a club from a local gourmet and some soup or a salad. Everyday. I'm sick of eating that everyday. Dinner is whatever my parents fix(usually is never good for you). I'm sick of them fixing non-healthy foods for me everyday. I don't eat fast food and I don't drink soda. Funding isn't a problem at all. I can buy whatever is recommended. I just NEED to know how to have a variety of things on different days. I want to explor different sorts of foods. So, here I am. Can anyone write out a list of breakfast's/lunch's/dinners and maybe snacks in between that would help me? Flame if you want or tell me this has been posted before, I could care less. All I ask is if you throw a link to where it has been posted before while you flame me.

Over all, I hope this post came out the way I wanted it too. Well, in terms of you all understanding the situation. Also, a link to how many calories, protien, fat, ect you should have a day as well would be helpful. Like I said, FUNDING is not an issue. You give me a list of valid foods to eat, I'll buy them.

You need to learn how to cook. Most pre-prepared foods are not all that good for you.

Watch alot of cooking shows and just experiment in the kitchen. Think about using fresh ingredients that are as close to nature as possible. That means things that grow from the ground, or that used to be alive.

It's not that hard.

Definitely. The cooking part isn't too hard for me, just picking out ingredients, ect. Watching cooking shows isn't a bad idea at all. Infact I'm going to end up doing that. Alright, thanks compleks. Appreciate it.

I "learned how to cook" by buying various meats/vegetables/pasta and just throwing it into a pan and adding in ingredients i thought would be tasty. haha

Awesome. Yeah, basically looking for the variety of foods I could choose from. I'll probably end up using most of those aside the donkey penis of course. Any suggestions on bacon in the morning?:dead:

Bacon is okay some times. It tends to have alot of sodium and calories (from fat), which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
