Anyways if youre looking for something to get you going then buy stimulants instead. If you want to really get going find a drug dealer and buy amphetamines.

a lot of people on this forum are goin to say that N.O2 is basically a placebo...the active ingredient in no2 is arginine i believe...and i i bought like 100 tablets of arginine and it helped in my opinion, but almost everyone said it was a placebo.

generally composed of creatine, caffeine, and arginine + citrulline (two components of nitrous oxide molecule, the idea being that by taking it you can somehow force your body to make more of it, just like the idea that eating mass amounts of protein forces your body to build muscle) and a bunch of shitty fillers to jack up the price


the creatine and caffeine make you "feel it" so you think it's doing something special

people forget that a mild insulin spike raises NO just as much as this crap


try this: 30-60 minutes before your workout take a spoon of creatine in some coffee and ~15-20 grams of easily assimilated carbs


a lot cheaper and just as effective
