HAVE YOU EVER EXERCISED IN A ROOM THAT WAS 105 DEGREES AND THE SIZE OF A SMALL BEDROOM WITH PEOPLE LESS THAN ONE FOOT AWAY FROM YOU?

I STILL HAVE A SEVERE HEADACHE. IT WAS NOT A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY WAY I'D GET BACK IN THAT ROOM IS IF CHICANEROUS TELLS ME WHEN THE NEXT ORGY IS. THE WOMEN WERE HOT AT LEAST.

Did the extra heat not make your tissues more pliable?

I think it's an okay concept, but it seems like doing it in your own private shower, sauna, or hot tub, would be more awesome and comfortable (and less smelly) than doing it as they are.

Actually, hot tub makes sense, because not only would it help heat your muscles, but it would support your body weight, allowing them to relax even further.

Ashtar, yes the heat made me extra pliable.

Kitosho, yes Bikram's. The hottest women were behind me so I missed out. However, if you go on a Saturday I bet there are a lot of hot milfs.

Hmmmmm, for some reason this thread reminded me of seeing extreme yoga practices first hand... it totally put me off of yoga.
I'll stick to the daoist and wudang practices for my flexibilty and muscle control.

Even if you cannot see the hot women, I would still enjoy just being in their proximity, knowing they are there, knowing they might possibly be looking at you, although that could also be very embarassing if you are ugly!

No they are not looking at you because they are too busy clearing the sweat from their eyes.
