So, basically the school cafeteria on campus is determined to make us all fat. It's basically nothing but fried food every day, so I am trying to eat healthy. They do have a little sandwhich bar, so I've been getting wraps or something similar for almost every meal.. A typical day is...

Breakfast(If I get up on time, stops at 9:30)
2 servings plain oatmeal in water, roughly 1 tablespoon of brown sugar added
Glass of OJ or Cranberry Juice
Lunch
Turkey & Ham Wrap, honey mustard and banana peppers with swiss cheese
Glass of Cranberry Juice(cocktail)
Dinner
Turkey & Ham Wrap again, or maybe a sandwhich on Fococcia bread. Same toppings, usually grilled on a panini grill.
Glass of Cranberry Juice(cocktail)

Late night snack(occasionally)
2% Fage yogurt, or low fat cottage cheese
Cranberry Juice

It doesnt have much variety...but my school really gives me no other option.
I also take a massive multi vitamin twice daily, and 2 horse pills of joint supps too :)

Any thing I should be adding to this, or will eating wraps eventually be bad for me due to malnutrition or anything like that?

Hahaha you like your cranberry juice don't you?
Just briefly, maybe you could use honey instead of sugar on your oatmeal.

I just noticed today that we have yogurt and berries too, but its only rarely. Today we didnt even have oatmeal, so I had to eat cereal out of a cup.

are you trying to acheive anything in particular with your diet or so you just want to eat clean and stuff?

Im trying to cut some fat... Im by no means fat, but I have a bit of abdominal fat that I'd like to cut out. Im probably around...12-14% guesstimated.
I wanna get down for overall fitness benefits as well as summer time. I havent had visible abs in ages.

Also of course being healthy is a goal as well.

Why do you have to eat the school food? Does your college have any sort of Off-Campus Meal Plan?

Without spending any time examining your meal plan because I'm lazy, I'd say you're under-eating, and stop drinking cranberry juice all day long. Water is your friend.

It's all about the calories, count how many you're consuming. If you're wanting to cut,eat at maintenance weight level or just under, the exercise you get will do the rest.

They don't offer any fruits or vegetables? That was the first thing I noticed lacking in your diet. If their menu sucks as much as you say, you could probably gather quite a crowd to try changing what they serve. Unless they are all fatties. Also, just in case you were going to say this...multi vitamin does not equal vegetables, nor does fruit juice equal fruit.

Haha I dont drink the fruit juice for the fruit...I actually hate most fruits and vegetables. I dunno why, but I try to eat what I can. Occasional grapefruit, berries in the oatmeal, peas corn green beans etc.

Everyone knows the food here sucks, and no one cares. Last semester, we had pasta nearly every day, even though it was weeks old. The rolls they give you are on a 1 week schedule, so you only get fresh ones one day a week, the rest of the days they are really hard.

Foods awful, but it is a college campus so its not so bad in that aspect. Today we had fried sandwiches or nachos for the entree...

Just do the best you can in a shit situation.

You do need to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. They should make up a large portion of your diet.

I think I will start trying to eat a grapefruit every morning as a side to my oatmeal if possible... I really suck at eating fruits since I dont like hardly any, but grapefruit is one of the few that I don't mind.
