i was conditioning my body before tricking with the community today, i went early in the gym and spend about an hour for it.
i land cork, hypertwist and double leg, (phew, finally).
i'm very happy and i was asking myself why i landed 3 tricks in a single day(again).

so i resume what i was doing since last weekend after the rain.
here his what i did.

1- everytime i logged in TT i was conditioning my ankles making diferent exercises without notice the time.(and i'm still doing now).

2- mathematic exercices, these help to make our brain work, they really do so is a good way to practice my brain.

3- nutrition, i was driking juices, and milks shits, bananas, etc, etc...

i didn't even notice i was conditioning my body for these tricks during the week now i need to adjust some of them.

I'm happy with the results and i want some more.

so i started to work in every MA ankles exercices i ever now, manny of them i used to do when i was a MA Student so i will need them now more than ever.
i would like to be adviced other exercices to improove others abilitys as well
my swang throughs are still weaks and i can only do them by raiz.

There are other, perhaps better, ways to exercise your brain...

I used to be really good at math, but I found a lot of the exercises boring, it depends on the exercise. English is actually a lot more interesting in many cases since it is so complex and illogical, following strange pseudo-rules.
