Hello TT i'm new to this forum and the tricking world,
Before i get started in tricking I would like to train my body to enable a better and perhaps an easier understanding to learn the starter tricks. I've read the FAQ page on asking advice so here it goes.

Goals
I do not need to lose weight (however i still do alot of cardio cause its awesome) as i have only just reached a healthy BMI, used to be underweight. I would like to develop my upper body for bracing and strength for tricks and definiton mainly to hold my own weight for moves that involve those qualities. I would also like strength for the legs to improve explosive jumping height. Lastly core exercises for better torque rotation and strength. I am following this begginer guide on flexibility aswell. (http://trickstutorials.com/forum/showthread.php?t=40612)

Equipment
Set of dumbbells with 4x 1.25kg plates and 4x 2.5kg plates
Swimming pool
Cricket nets down the road that have a horizintal bar i can do chinups
Lots of bushland and tracks for cardio
At home mainly bit of a drive to get to gym or gymnasium, busride there probably.

Current Status
Age: 16
Height: 178 (5 foot 10)
Weight: 63kg
BMI: 19.9 but since not adult i'm in 27th percentile according to age and height (http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm) used that site.
I know majority of basic exercises, i have google if i don't so it all works out.
Since limited equipment don't really know what sort of maxes i could give.
I am reasonably fit, I can run 4km in about 15 minutes continous pace, 60 normal pushups good form (1 second pause), I do crunches slow at about 20 reps per set, if any other info is needed just ask

History
I have done soccer for 6 years, surf as a hobby and have joined a hapkido club in which i have partaken 5 weeks there. I have no past injuries that would affect any ability to preform a move or anything. Have tried just doing squats, running, crunches and pushups workout but wanting more of a tricking style based workout.

Thank you for your time reading this, if any added information is required just ask and i'll get back to you as soon as i can.

If you know some basic exercise you know that your dumbbells are useless. Throw 'em away or get some serious bar- and dumbbells (in excess of 100kg), otherwise just do heavy BWEs and gymnastics for strength training (get rings).

Okay so until i can get the right sort of equipment and pick exercises, does this plan seem good to follow for a beginner?;

Monday
Morning; Stretches
Arvo; Warmup, Cardio, Core, Plyometrics, Speed, Cooldown
Night; Warmup, Hapkido, Flexibility

Tuesday
Morning; Stretches
Arvo; Warmup, Power, Strength, Hypertrophy, Cooldown
Night; Flexibility

etc; Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays for building up buscles
& Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for explosive training.
