What do you eat on a normal day? Are you an ovo-lacto vegetarian or a straight out no-food-from-the-animal-kingdom?
just no meat, on a normal day id eat breakfast and dinner, and dinner would usually be just anything thats not meat lol, like 2day i had a vegy curry but yeh?
i have no idea what is meant when said ovo-lacto:tongue:

That you eat dairy products and eggs.
I'm not interested in when you eat and how often, I'm interested in what you eat. If you're a vegetarian you need to have control over your intake, protein, iron and other mineral insufficiencies are pretty common in vegetarians who have no clue as to what they are doing.

Eat beans. Lots and lots of beans.
And lots of oats. Oats with honey.

Vegetarianism resulting from a bet. That's prob one of the better excuses I've heard!
How long do you have to do it for?
Chicken and Beef.

Textured soy protein is good stuff. It has minerals, fibers, 52g protein, 28g carbs, 0.5g fat, iron... You can eat it cooked or with oats.
Seitan is also good stuff(use Wiki/google). It is easy to make if you buy ready wheat glutein. Don't do it from the beginning (from wheat flour).
I bet you can get better tips form vegan web pages.

If you're a vegetarian because of a bet then you deserve to suffer.
