So, I've decided to stop being lazy for the first time in around 6 month's and actually try to gain some mother fookin weight. :tongue: As well as get as fit as possible. Tricking is out of the question in this one due to a modeling job in a month(Can't risk injurying myself). Also, heavy weight training is also out of the question due to a shoulder injury(It's not THAT bad, but I can't risk hurting myself at all before the end of next month). So, what am I going to do? I'll tell you what I'm going to do. Hell, nevermind, I have no fooking clue on what I'm going to do, but I'm going to do it. I'm around 5'10 to 6 foot give or take. I weigh about 140 lbs. I'm 19 years of age. I'm sure alot of you are asking what the hell is the meaning of this thread. The meaning is to keep me motivated and keep me on track. I would also like you, the viewers, to see the results. It'll keep me motivated to keep training everyday and not give up, ect.. My goal is to hit around 155-160 lb's within a 6 month's peroid. I'll be eating a normal 6 meals a day, jogging a mile once a day and do basic conditioning. I'm not at all asking for any tips or anything, but if you wanna throw in some extra excercises or anything I can do, by all means do it. I'll post some pics up either tommorrow or sometime this week. The reason I'll be posting pictures is because I want you to see what I look like now and what I'll look like in 6 months. :juji:
