I actually want to know, why do people say to avoid soy when bodybuilding? More specifically, why did Juji say to avoid soy?

phytoestrogen content in most soy products isnt really large enough to warrant concern

Like Kitosho said, I reckon people are overly concerned about the phytoestrogens in soy milk.

I don't think I've ever had soy milk, but I am interested in it. When I used to work in a supermarket and stock the health aisle I would always see these chocolate soy milks that looked delicious and I wanted to try them, sort of like how I want to try goat's milk. Basically, when you drink the same kind of milk all the time it can get boring so you want to try other stuff, which is why I have tried chocolate milk, homo milk (3.25) and a heavier cream for coffee on occasion.

Haha, thank you. Although, looking back on my log it was actually the extra eggs, oats, milk, bananas & cashews that helped me consume that excessive amount.
