write down stuff you've newly landed so you can do it again at your next session that way you wont lose new tricks :good:

Donīt put you down man, a few months ago I felt exactly like you. Due to injuries, I lost lot of tricks which I used to do, and the ones which I could, sucked. Also I was scared about try anything new.
In december I decided to drill my basics like hell and put 100% in every trick. And now new variations and combos are so much easier. I feel nice and iīm close to my past level.

Write down your goals, have a positive attitude and just do your tricks. It will work :juji:

DEADLIFTS ARE EPIC!!!! do them snappy but with good form. And do basic kicks as fast as you can, as hard as you can. A LOT.

after a couple days putting maximum effort into doing the kicks fast, rest for a bit... then do it again... you will notice that the kicks will be effortless but just as fast as when you where putting max effort into them.. This is when you try to kick EVEN FASTER..

Just keep it up like that and these things will change your tricks a hell of a lot, for the better.

cheers guys, it helps alot
i do alot of weight training with my legs in the gym, and my arms i do alot when im not there and sometimes when i am there.
i will take your advice guys and hope for the best :). i mean im not going to give up tricking, im not going to give under 100% but i know if i think my kicks and that are bad, i can then accept i have to go back to basics and really put in effort
