Jan is about my height, and looks something similar to how I'd like to look. Although, if I got into the shape Dolph is in that photo, I'd be pleased with how I looked. As of now, I'm not really happy with how I look.

My ideal is your average olympic level gymnast with more leg muss. Though at that build I'd probably weigh a good 120-130 kgs. But anything even remotely close is soooo out of reach for a few more years haha.

Yeah Frank Mcgarth is a monster too. Purely looks wise, I'd probably slightly prefer his physique over Mariusz. It's also nice that as big as they are, neither of them have that bloated look.

Considering a bodybuilder is usually twice or more the size of a normal person, I'd say the "lack of penis" is more like an optical illusion. Your quadriceps grow when you do squats. Your penis doesn't.

It's still 9 inches though.

How often do you see bodybuilders naked? Obviously, if you went from 5'10" and 170lbs, with a 6" penis, and grew to 240-300lbs, that penis is going to look a little smaller in comparison.

So I guess the moral of the story is, if you only care about your penis to body ratio, you should strive to starve yourself as much as you can.

Hah, Skippy and Shadear I posted pictures of myself last summer. The avatar is not me, i'm only 20 years old. My training consists of low volume and my dietary selections at the moment are not very conducive to size. I kind of yo-yo with gaining size in the winter but i'm not amazingly successful at it while keeping a low body fat.

I am 15 lbs heavier around the same body fat although I personally think I look skinnier now than I do in the pictures I posted if you can find them floating around anywhere.

I mean tbh if you wanted to get in that shape, alls you'd have to do is bench for about 6 weeks, twice a week, and keep a relatively low bodyfat (about 13%).

I guess the bigger guys like Pudzianowski are closest to my idea of a great physique. On the other hand I ain't all that interested in my looks (just to the extent of not being a fat f**k). I think how well you can perform is more important. I mean how much you can lift, how fast you can run up the stairs to your apartment, how quickly you can bounce the trouble making drunk out of a bar etc.

I know, I said it wouldn't be that hard to maintain or achieve that physique. It's just that's what I'd like to look like because it'd be easy to get and easy to maintain and I definitely don't want to be huge. I also think, like someone else said earlier, that that physique would be close to a "muscular wushu physique." I think part of it is that after seeing Snatch and Fight Club, I associate Brad Pitt with being the man (even though I've heard he's a douchebag), and after seeing movies like Van Wilder and Waiting, I associate Ryan Reynolds with being a tool (even though I'm sure he's a very respectable man.)
